A 3-day camp that highlights Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship through Design Thinking, an immersive workshop that inspires critical thinking, global innovation, and transformational change among aspiring social entrepreneurs and changemakers at the age of 18 to 35 years old.

This is a series of industry expert talks, group dynamic activities and presentations carefully curated and customized to spark exciting fresh ideas and develop solutions suited to meet the needs and challenges of the community and build a network of new generation of social entrepreneurs.

About the Camp

The project will be implemented and monitored by YSEALI alumni and volunteers from Brunei, Indonesia, Laos, and Philippines in collaboration with established social entrepreneurs from ASEAN countries.

The project aims to inspire and empower future social entrepreneurs, to provide fundamental principles to initiate one and support the development of curated ideas and solutions throughout the year.


What are the criteria in the delegate selection?

A total of 60 aspiring social entrepreneurs, students, and professionals will be selected following a survey about their inspiration, motivation, ideas, and solutions towards social innovation and entrepreneurship.

How much does it cost to join the camp?

This camp is FREE of charge. However, international participants are expected to fund their own airfare, accommodation, and dinner. The organizing committees will assist with any logistical arrangement whenever necessary.

Is there a dress code for the conference?

Yes. We advise all attendees to Dress Accordingly. Please wear business or smart casual attires. Shorts, sandals or slippers are NOT allowed or permitted inside the conference venue.

Will meals be served during the event?

Yes. You will be given meal stubs upon registration as part of the event kit. Don’t lose it!

Do we need to prepare anything else?

Just be ready to learn and share! Take the opportunity to network and socialize with fellow delegates. Prepare questions for our experts and share your own ideas. We would love to hear from you as well.
