Deadline: 25th November 2025 | Join a global cohort reimagining how we respond to the planet’s toughest challenges.

Overview
The Exploration Co•Lab 2026 by Unearthodox is a year-long programme for innovators pushing the boundaries of how we relate to nature, society, and systems. If you’re working on an early-stage idea that doesn’t quite fit traditional boxes, this is built for you—especially if you’re exploring bold, regenerative or justice-centred approaches.

Eligibility:
• Open to individuals globally—no age, nationality, or background restrictions
• For early-stage ideas in experimentation, research, or conceptual development
• Must be willing to explore uncertainty, complexity, and non-linear outcomes
• Programme is conducted in English

Description:
Running from Jan to Dec 2026, the programme supports individuals working at the “edges of possibility”—where new paradigms of care, ecology, equity, and imagination are being tested. It’s designed for those whose work is often overlooked by traditional funding or support systems. You’ll join a diverse, cross-disciplinary cohort and receive both funding and strategic support to move your idea forward.

Benefits:
• CHF 10,000 grant to activate your idea
• Up to CHF 60,000 worth of non-financial support (coaching, systems thinking, storytelling, community building)
• Global exposure and a platform to share your work
• Deep peer exchange and a supportive cohort journey
