Overview
The Dalai Lama Fellows Program 2026 is a year-long fellowship for young changemakers (ages 20–36) who are leading social impact projects. It blends personal development with deep systems thinking and is designed to grow leaders who act with compassion, awareness, and purpose—ideal for those working on grassroots or youth-led initiatives in Southeast Asia.

Eligibility:
• Open to applicants aged 20–36 as of 1 April 2026
• Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Should be actively working on a social change project or have a clear plan to begin one
• Preference given to those with at least one year of community experience
• Must commit about 12 hours per month over one year
• Must be available to attend the in-person leadership assembly in May 2026 (fully funded)

Description:
Fellows join a global cohort to explore inner development as a foundation for impactful leadership. The programme includes virtual learning, one-on-one coaching, group sessions, and peer dialogue. Fellows also work on a field project addressing a pressing community issue and attend a fully funded, in-person leadership assembly with peers from around the world.
