The JBFA Annual Japan Study Tour gives Bruneian students the opportunity to explore Japan through educational visits, cultural activities and exchanges with Japanese students. Four participants will be selected for the programme, taking place from 6th to 14th December 2026.
Eligibility:
• Open to Brunei Darussalam citizens
• Currently studying at a college or university
• Interested in Japan and Japanese culture
• In good health and able to participate in the full programme
• Priority may be given to applicants who have not previously visited Japan
Description:
Organised by the Japan-Brunei Friendship Association, the study tour helps students learn more about the relationship between both countries.
Participants will visit sites connected to liquefied natural gas imported from Brunei, engage with Japanese university students and experience Japanese culture during the one-week programme.
