Deadline: 14th November 2023 | A regional workshop designed for YSEALI PLUS alumni, 36 and older, to be held from February 25 – 29, 2024, in Phuket, Thailand.
The workshop will bring together YSEALI Alumni from ASEAN countries and Timor-Leste for a multi-day workshop that will equip YSEALI PLUS Alumni with leadership and mentoring skills. The 3-day in-person workshop and additional virtual workshops will enable you to hone your leadership skills through professional executive coaching sessions and co-create a mentoring program. The U.S. Department of State is fully funding this program for all YSEALI PLUS Alumni, 36 and older, who are from ASEAN countries and Timor-Leste.

Applicants Must:
- Be YSEALI alumni, who have completed one of the following YSEALI programs: a YSEALI regional workshop, YSEALI Academic & Professional Fellows, completed a YSEALI Seeds for the Future project, or YSEALI Academy Seminar.
- Be 36 years old or older at the time of the application
- Have the ability to travel (in-country and cross country)
- Be a citizen and current resident of one of the following countries Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste, or Vietnam
- Be motivated to strengthen the YSEALI network
- Be committed to mentor YSEALI members for a minimum of 4 hours each month from May to October 2024
- Be committed to attending monthly webinars (March to October 2024)
- Be available to attend a February 2024 regional workshop in Phuket, Thailand.
