The blue economy represents a sustainable approach to utilizing ocean resources for economic growth, improved livelihoods, and jobs while preserving the health of our ocean ecosystem. It encompasses emerging sectors like renewable blue energy, desalination, and blue carbon, as well as traditional sectors such as fisheries, marine conservation, and maritime transport.

Eligibility:
- Between 18 and 35 years old
- A citizen of a Southeast Asian country
- Residing in one of the ASEAN countries or Timor Leste during the application process and the workshop period
- Passionate about the blue economy and sustainable development
- Eager to develop leadership skills and make a positive impact
This workshop is fully funded. All major expenses, including travel, accommodation, and other program-related costs, are covered for selected participants from ASEAN countries and Timor-Leste
