The VV Visionaries Program 2026 is a global leadership initiative designed to support emerging women leaders who are creating positive change in their communities. Led by Vital Voices in partnership with the Estée Lauder Emerging Leaders Fund, the programme equips participants with leadership skills, mentorship, and access to a powerful global network.
Selected participants will join a diverse cohort of women from around the world for an immersive leadership development experience focused on strengthening influence, collaboration, and social impact.

• Open to women leaders from around the world
• Applicants should be actively working to create positive social impact in their communities
• Must be committed to participating in the full programme schedule
Description:
The VV Visionaries Program is a 7-week virtual leadership journey designed to help women leaders grow their influence and strengthen their impact. Participants will take part in expert-led sessions, peer learning discussions, and mentorship opportunities with leaders from the Vital Voices network and Estée Lauder.
The programme focuses on leadership development, collaboration, and practical skills that help participants drive meaningful change in their communities and sectors.
