Can they tell a good story, create animation or inspire positive change? Then we’d love to invite you to support the young people you work with to make a short film about online safety!

2024 theme: How would you make the internet a better place? Seeking films created by young people that inspire their friends and others to foster positive changes in online spaces! If they have an original perspective on crafting a better and safer internet, it’s eagerly awaited! Remember, films should be both entertaining and educational. A competition championing youth voices from around the globe! The Childnet Film Competition: International was initiated in 2021, providing a platform for young filmmakers aged 7-18 from across the world to share their stories and engage in meaningful discussions about online safety.

Entries have come from Columbia, Moldova, Mexico, Kazakhstan, Thailand, Turkey, India, Ireland, Myanmar, and the United Arab Emirates.
