ASLIP (ASEAN Sustainable Infrastructure Leadership Programme) is a fully funded course supported by the ASEAN‑UK Green Transition Fund. It’s designed to help professionals across ASEAN deepen their knowledge in sustainable infrastructure and urban development.

Eligibility

  • Open to government or state‑owned enterprise (SOE) executives from ASEAN countries

  • Must have at least 7 years of experience in infrastructure-related work

  • Requires strong English proficiency, both spoken and written

Description

ASLIP combines 6 weeks of online learning with a 5‑day in‑person workshop. The academic portion is delivered by a leading UK institution (for 2026, this is the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School). The programme focuses on building sustainable, climate-resilient infrastructure systems across ASEAN. Participants will explore project planning, procurement, financing, delivery, and Net Zero strategies — all tailored for public sector contexts.
