Overview
ASLIP (ASEAN Sustainable Infrastructure Leadership Programme) is a fully funded course supported by the ASEAN‑UK Green Transition Fund. It’s designed to help professionals across ASEAN deepen their knowledge in sustainable infrastructure and urban development.
Eligibility

Open to government or state‑owned enterprise (SOE) executives from ASEAN countries

Must have at least 7 years of experience in infrastructure-related work

Description
ASLIP combines 6 weeks of online learning with a 5‑day in‑person workshop. The academic portion is delivered by a leading UK institution (for 2026, this is the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School). The programme focuses on building sustainable, climate-resilient infrastructure systems across ASEAN. Participants will explore project planning, procurement, financing, delivery, and Net Zero strategies — all tailored for public sector contexts.
