The AFS Global STEM Educators program supports secondary school STEM teachers worldwide to enhance their teaching with intercultural skills, sustainability themes, and global perspectives. It’s designed to help educators build more inclusive and globally relevant STEM learning environments.

Eligibility:
• Aged 18 and above
• Currently teaching STEM subjects to students aged 13–18
• Proficient in English
• Able to commit 2–3 hours per week during the program
• Must have access to a reliable digital device with internet, webcam, and microphone
• Must complete the full 6-week program and implement at least one activity from the toolkit with students

Description:
This fully virtual training brings together STEM teachers from around the world for a mix of self-paced learning, live discussions, peer collaboration, and reflection. It focuses on building intercultural competence, exploring the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and developing practical teaching tools. Participants who complete the program receive a digital certificate and badge.
