This multi-day workshop will bring together young leaders from the ASEAN region and Timor-Leste to experience how using private sector practices to create social enterprises can drive sustainable economic empowerment.

Participants will have the opportunity to develop their own project ideas through pre-workshop and workshop activities and learn the skills necessary to accelerate change in their communities.

Hands-on, interactive training will focus on finding financial resources, project design, implementation, and impact evaluation.
Young leaders will refine their ideas through study visits to leading start-ups and social enterprises and engaging speeches and coaching from successful entrepreneurs and experts in social entrepreneurship.

The agenda will navigate participants on how private sector practices for social enterprises can create sustainable development at both the country and regional levels. Featuring speakers from cutting-edge regional social enterprises and innovative youth leaders, we will explore solutions, connections, and ideas to advance regional social entrepreneurship.
After the Workshop
You will join a global community of young leaders working to enact change in their communities throughout the region. Workshop participants are eligible to receive grant funding for community development projects, participate in alumni events, and receive career-enhancing coaching from leaders in business, politics, and industry.
