Program Summary
 
Starting in 2022, the Quest fellowship is a semester long program being designed in partnership with the Dunin-Deshpande Queen’s Innovation Centre(DDQIC) at Queen’s university to equip high school and college students with a robust toolkit to transform ideas, technologies or passion into viable ventures and enable them to explore their evolving purpose and realize impactful existence (Ikgai) while socializing in the global workforce. 
 
The course curriculum is anchored around a systemic and rigorous frame work created at MIT and outlined in the Disciplined Entrepreneurship: 24 Steps to a Successful Startup Book by Bill Aulet.
 
Unique to this program is a series of bootcamps to be held in differnet locations where our global ambassadors are located – these will  either be online or inperson depending on the Covid 19 regulations in a specific location.  The personal encounter provides room for creating long lasting relationships between the fellows and it is a chance to learn learn by doing.

Your learning journey

 
In their learning journey, fellows will undergo three stages that are; explore, ignite, and launch. Progressing from one stage to the other entirely depends on how committed the participants will be to completing assignments, watching the lectures, and reaching out to mentors for help. At each stage, new opportunities and resources are unlocked to help fellows learn by doing.

You will be assigned to s a small learning group of your cohort to help you complete milestones and shape a better experience.
Engaging materials: Adaptive curriculum delivered by reknown faculty at Queen’s University faculty and industry leaders who bring decades of exposure.
Individualized feedback: Detailed feedback helps to make larger cohorts feel small and enhance to the transfer of thoughts and retention of concepts. Instead of just watching pre-recorded lectures, you will get personalized feedback on each assignment submitted for a better experience. 
Certification : Get a digital credential upon completing all the required assignments, standout from the crowd with badges that signal your competencies.
Access to startup funding : Upon completion of the program, stand a chance of pitching your venture to a group of impact investors and venture capitalist. Compete to gain a share of $50,000 in grand prizes
