Asia’s Rising Circle (ARC) is a regional youth development programme by the Singapore International Foundation for young leaders who are ready to grow their impact.

The programme brings together changemakers to explore key issues shaping economic opportunity and social mobility, with a focus on the intersections of health, employment, and education.

Eligibility:
Applicants must:

• Be aged 25 to 35 at the time of the programme
• Be a citizen and resident of an ASEAN country, China, or India
• Be fluent in spoken and written English
• Have full-time professional experience in the non-profit, private, or public sector
• Be actively driving positive change in their community

Description:
ARC is a multi-year initiative made up of annual programmes, each centred on a theme linked to opportunity, mobility, and social impact.

The 2026 programme will take place from November to December 2026 in a hybrid format, with online components and an in-person programme in Singapore. Participants will learn, connect, and collaborate with other emerging leaders from across Asia while building their skills and networks.
