The Global Fellows in Courage (FIC) Fellowship Program 2026 supports emerging leaders who are taking principled stands against corruption and promoting transparency, accountability, and democratic values in their communities.

The fellowship brings together a global cohort of changemakers working across civil society, journalism, law, government, and activism. Fellows receive leadership training, mentorship, and funding to strengthen their initiatives and expand their impact.

Eligibility:
• Open to applicants from around the world
• Typically mid-career professionals aged 25–40
• Individuals actively working to combat corruption or promote transparency, accountability, and democratic governance
• Applicants should demonstrate courage, integrity, and a track record of impact in their field

Description:
The Global Fellows in Courage Fellowship is a year-long programme designed to support leaders who are working on anti-corruption and governance initiatives. Fellows participate in virtual leadership training, workshops, and peer learning sessions throughout the programme.

Participants also develop and implement a Fellows Action Project, allowing them to advance a concrete initiative that addresses corruption or governance challenges in their communities.
