Earth Company is looking for up to ten social and environmental innovators from the Asia‑Pacific region to join its year-long Lead-to-Regenerate (L2R) Acceleration Program. These Impact Heroes are bold visionaries tackling urgent challenges to create inclusive, sustainable futures. One standout participant will be selected as the Impact Hero of the Year and receive 2.5 additional years of personalised support.
Eligibility:
You must be addressing a pressing social or environmental challenge in the Asia-Pacific developing context. Applicants should hold a leadership role in a mission-driven organisation and be committed to long-term impact. Your work should demonstrate innovation, inclusivity, and relevance to diverse communities. You must be able to engage regularly with the Earth Company team and communicate in English via email and video calls. Alignment with Earth Company’s regenerative vision is essential.
Description:
The Lead-to-Regenerate program supports up to ten selected changemakers over one year, providing leadership and strategic guidance. Midway through the program, one changemaker will be named the Impact Hero of the Year and continue to receive Earth Company’s full support for another 2.5 years. This is not a one-size-fits-all accelerator—the program is tailored to each Impact Hero’s unique journey, vision, and needs.
