Asia’s Rising Circle (ARC) is a regional youth development programme by the Singapore International Foundation. It’s designed for emerging changemakers who are driving positive change in their communities, with a focus on how learning, work, and well-being can improve social mobility.
Eligibility:
• Youth aged 25–35
• From Southeast Asia, China, or India
• Actively leading or contributing to community impact in learning, work, or health
• Committed to long-term changemaking
Description:
ARC combines online learning with an in-person gathering in Singapore. The 2026 edition focuses on how health connects with education and employment to shape opportunity. Participants will attend online workshops in January and a week-long programme in Singapore from 25–31 January 2026.
