The World Around Young Climate Prize 2026 supports young climate leaders who are already creating real solutions in their communities.

It is designed for young innovators, activists, designers, educators, and changemakers who are leading climate-action projects with local impact and the potential to grow.

Eligibility:
• Open to applicants aged 13–25
• Applicants can be based anywhere in the world
• Teams of up to three people may apply
• Applicants must be the founder or co-founder of an active climate-action project
• The project should already show impact in addressing or reducing the effects of climate change

Description:

The Young Climate Prize is an accelerator and fellowship programme by The World Around. Selected finalists will join a three-month Design Academy with workshops, mentorship, and support from global design and climate leaders.

Applicants need to submit a short video introducing their project, along with written or visual materials showing evidence of their work and its impact. Applications are accepted in English or Spanish.
