Overview:
The Global Good Fund Fellowship supports emerging leaders driving social change through for-profit or nonprofit ventures. This one-year programme focuses on leadership development through personalised coaching, business mentorship, and global networking.
Eligibility:

Must lead a social enterprise (nonprofit, for-profit, or hybrid) that is at least 2 years old

Must work full-time in the organisation and hold a primary decision-making role

Organisation must employ at least two full-time staff

Cannot currently be receiving formal executive coaching or mentorship

Open to ventures in sectors like health, education, environment, and economic mobility
Description:
The fellowship includes a 360° leadership assessment, one-on-one executive coaching, business mentorship from experienced leaders, and participation in a global summit. Fellows work through a structured development plan while staying active in their organisations.
