This series of virtual webinars is open to the public.
11 – 14th May, 2023 – Phase 2 – Connect & Create
Join an in-person four-day program in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, alongside 70 participants from all over Southeast Asia. Dive deep into the technical and narrative aspects of game development as well as social cause campaigns in game design, conducted by American and regional experts with hands-on experience in creating games for social change. Come together to meet like-minded individuals and pitch your best ideas for seed funding opportunities.
June to August 2023 – Phase 3 – Envision & Develop
Be one of the top three winning teams to receive seed funding and receive a three-month mentorship program with industry experts and social change advocates to accelerate the development of your socially conscious game to completion.
Participate in the Professional Development Track with micro-grants to further develop your game development skills and relevant professional experience in important areas that support your career growth.
September / October 2023 – Phase 4 – Share & Impact
Have a chance to showcase your socially conscious game at an international game conference, meet industry leaders, and bring your game to new audiences and greater heights.
