Deadline: 14th January 2021 | MAX3MIN is a short film festival where the films are so short they last no longer than 3 minutes. The festival is born out of the sole intent of telling stories. Film stories condensed in a minimum time, stories about the time that runs fast, stories of feelings that do not need time. Stories you can watch again, as you listen to a song again.

When will it take place?
Born in the virtual world, the first edition of MAX3MIN will take place from 10 to 21 March 2021 and you can attend the festival by logging onto the platform.

There is only one international call for entries: with no division into categories, open to short films of every genre and language, shot in any format and at any time. Duration is the only limit: up to 3 minutes, excluding titles.

How does it work?
After a great opening on March 10, 2021, the selected works will be screened during the on-line festival. An international jury will choose the best 10 short films and will award the winner with 3.000 Euros for the production of a new film. You can take part to the award ceremony, as the winners will be announced by the jury members in a live streaming event on March 21, 2021. In addition, the audience will be asked to express their preferences and to proclaim the 3 winners of the Audience Award.

What do you need to do?
If you are a filmmaker, please, join by telling a story, making a film and writing the history of MAX3MIN.

If you are a film-lover, a student, an architect, a housewife, a vet… whoever you are, please, sign in to the platform, watch the short films scheduled every day of the festival and vote your favourite film of the day.
