Overview:
The Aspire Leaders Program is a fully funded 9-week online experience for young people from underrepresented backgrounds. Developed with Harvard faculty, it builds leadership, communication, and career readiness through world-class training and global peer learning.
Eligibility:

Aged 18–29

First-generation college student (neither parent holds a bachelor’s degree) or from a limited-income background
-
Current undergraduate student or recent graduate (not enrolled in graduate school)
Description:
Participants join a structured 3-stage experience from August to October. It starts with career tools and personal development, followed by a leadership course designed by Harvard educators, and ends with live masterclasses, group discussions, and global networking.
