The Aspire Leaders Program 2026 is a fully funded online leadership development programme for young people from limited-income and first-generation university backgrounds.
It supports students and recent graduates with practical leadership training, global networking, mentorship, and career-building opportunities.
Eligibility:
• Open to applicants from around the world
• Applicants must be 18–29 years old
• Must be from a limited-income background or be a first-generation university student
• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate programme or recently graduated
• Postgraduate students or postgraduate degree holders are not eligible
Description:
The programme is a free online leadership journey designed to be manageable alongside studies or work. Participants will explore personal and professional development, leadership skills, and real-world problem-solving while learning with a global community of peers.
Cohort 3 of the 2026 programme runs from July to September 2026.
