Overview
beVisioneers: The Mercedes‑Benz Fellowship is a global multi‑year programme for young changemakers passionate about tackling environmental challenges. Designed by The DO School Fellowships and supported by Mercedes‑Benz, it equips participants with the skills, resources, and network to turn planet-positive ideas into real impact.
Eligibility:
• Aged 16–28 at the time of applying
• Have identified an environmental issue you want to address
• Reside in one of the eligible participating countries throughout the fellowship
• Strong written and spoken English skills
• No prior entrepreneurial experience needed—just passion and commitment
Description:
The fellowship begins with a 12-month intensive phase requiring around 24 hours of engagement per month. It includes online innovation training, local hub gatherings, regional summits, and access to venture coaches, mentors, and peer communities. Fellows also become part of a long-term network beyond the first year to continue scaling their impact.
The application includes a written section, a short video explaining your environmental challenge and idea, and an optional section to request financial support if needed.
