The Vital Voices Global Ambassadors Program (GAP) is a partnership between Vital Voices and Bank of America that aims to empower women leaders who are addressing some of the world’s greatest challenges, such as economic empowerment and human rights. The program will take place in New York City from November 6-10, 2023 and will focus on the handmade and handcraft sector, which involves the production of items by hand or with simple tools.

As a participant, you will benefit from:

To be eligible for the program, you must be:

  • A woman leader of a purpose-driven business, social enterprise or non-profit organization who is the key decision maker and manages it on a daily basis.
  • Have at least 2 years of professional experience.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Committed to the core principles of the Vital Voices Leadership Model: innovative, collaborative, mission-driven and engaged in your community and advancing the status of women and girls.
  • Have high-potential for leadership and a desire to take on leadership roles both within and outside your organization.
  • Have an annual business revenue between $50,000 and $1 million.
