Overview
The Women@Dior & UNESCO Education and Mentorship Program 2026–2027 is a year-long global initiative by UNESCO in partnership with Christian Dior. It’s designed to empower young women through personalized mentorship, access to an online education platform with expert-led courses, and participation in a social impact project. The programme supports personal and professional development with a focus on leadership, creativity, inclusion, and sustainable development.
Eligibility

Must identify as a woman and be under 30 years old at the time of application

Currently enrolled full-time in a higher education institution (final-year undergraduate or postgraduate)

Proficient in written and spoken English

Must not have participated in the Women@Dior & UNESCO program previously
Description
Participants are matched with a Dior mentor for one-on-one professional guidance and networking support. They gain access to an online education platform with over 16 courses on topics such as leadership, self-awareness, creativity, inclusion, and sustainable development. Mentees also collaborate in small teams on the “Dream for Change” project, developing a concrete social impact initiative to address challenges affecting women and girls in their communities. The programme fosters a global community of peers and includes opportunities for online and in-person engagement throughout the year.
