The Eisenhower Fellowships 2026 Global Program offers a fully funded, nearly six-week leadership experience in the United States for mid-career professionals from around the world. Fellows collaborate across borders, develop impactful projects, and grow through one-on-one meetings and group seminars with influential leaders.
Eligibility:

Aged 32–45 (flexible for exceptional candidates)

Citizen or resident (minimum 5 years) of the country they represent

Fluent in English

Not a U.S. resident

Preference for applicants from countries where EF is active

Cannot have completed another fellowship in the past two years
Description:
Taking place from early April to mid-May 2026, this programme is designed for rising leaders working on innovative solutions to pressing challenges. Fellows travel to multiple U.S. cities on tailored itineraries, engage in high-level conversations, and refine a project that will make a difference in their home country or region. The experience includes virtual engagement both before and after the U.S. visit.
