Deadline; 17th March 2025 | Aims to equip healthcare technology and policy professionals in Southeast Asia with the skills, networks, and insights needed to address healthcare challenges, enhance system resilience, and prevent future pandemics. With the post-2025 ASEAN Community Vision in mind, it focuses on cross-border collaboration and digital health innovation to build a more integrated and data-driven healthcare ecosystem.

The program includes a short course with regional experts, benchmarking visits to key healthcare institutions in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore, and strategic networking and policy dialogues. Fellows will work on a Policy Charter outlining recommendations for regional health transformation.

Running from April to December 2025, the fellowship is open to mid-career professionals with at least five years of experience in public health, healthcare innovation, policy, or health technology. Applicants must demonstrate leadership in healthcare systems or policy, have a strong commitment to digital health innovation, and be based in Southeast Asia. Fluency in English, supervisor endorsement, and the ability to travel within the region are required.

The program provides a fully funded scholarship covering flights, accommodation, travel allowance, and access to key Southeast Asian health networks. Applicants must submit a motivation statement, CV, project proposal, and a supervisor endorsement letter. Up to three fellows will be selected and notified via email.
