Deadline: 28th February 2024 | A 12-month program designed to equip participants with skills and tools necessary for social change leadership. It’s suitable for individuals over 22 who have faced significant life challenges or witnessed social issues they wish to change. The course, starting online in April 2024 and on-campus in Kerala in May, categorizes participants into five types of ‘Kantharis’ based on their focus areas like environmental change, social entrepreneurship, and advocacy. Scholarships are available covering training and accommodation. The program facilitates access to a global network of changemakers.
Are you a kanthari?
Have you overcome any kind of adversity or social ill, and because of that always wanted to start your own organization that aims to address a specific social problem, then the 12-month kanthari course
(7 months on-campus training + 5 months of mentorship) will serve as the final stop before you launch your organisation / venture / CSO or social enterprise.

– Be over 22 years of age (no upper age limit)
– Have you overcome adversity that drives you to make a difference in your community?
– Demonstrate passion and dedication to contribute to a better tomorrow.
– Speak and understand basic English and have basic computer skills
