The iF Social Impact Prize 2025 – Round 1 is now open for applications. This global award supports established projects that drive positive change in line with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It’s a chance to gain international recognition and funding to amplify your impact.

Eligibility:

  • Open to individuals, organisations, and companies worldwide.

  • Projects must address at least one of the 15 UN SDGs.

  • Only established projects are eligible; student concepts are not accepted.

  • Each project can be submitted a maximum of two times.

Description: The iF Social Impact Prize, organised by iF Design, honours projects that contribute to societal improvement. Submissions should align with one or more of the 15 UN Sustainable Development Goals, such as Quality Education, Gender Equality, or Climate Action. The prize is awarded twice a year, with this being the first round for 2025.

Benefits:

  • A share of €100,000 in prize money.

  • Global exposure through publication on the iF Design website.

  • Presentation to an international design community, the public, and media.

  • Individual winner certificates for selected projects.

How to Apply:

  • Prepare a detailed description of your project, highlighting its impact and alignment with the UN SDGs.

  • Submit your application through the official iF Design platform.

  • Ensure your submission is in English or German.

  • There is no application fee.
