Deadline: 6th June 2021 | Can you design a business or NGO that solves one of the Distribution Challenges below? The most promising teams will be awarded with up to $20,000 USD to launch a pilot version of your new organization wherever extreme poverty exists, with a goal to serve millions in the years ahead.

D-Prize supports new entrepreneurs who can distribute proven poverty interventions.

Mission:
Many solutions to poverty already exist. The challenge is distributing to the people who need them most. Our work identifies effective interventions, then recruits entrepreneurs to scale deliver where distribution gaps exist. Our vision is to spark a wave of new social entrepreneurs, all distributing evidence-based interventions at scale.

Goals:
1. Increase access to proven life-enhancing technologies in the developing world.
2. Activate talented leaders and social enterprise ideas that otherwise would not start or scale.
3. Encourage a global dialogue on the importance of leveraging distribution solutions for development.

Round 1 – Submit your concept note and resume(s).  We generally receive 1000 submissions a competition.
Round 2 – Top 5% of entrepreneurs are invited to submit a full 10 page proposal. You will have  four weeks to draft and submit.
