Overview
The Local Pathways Fellowship (LPF) is a year-long programme by the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network – Youth (SDSN Youth). It empowers young urban changemakers to take action on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in their own communities. Fellows work on practical, local projects while learning and connecting with a global network.
Eligibility
• Aged 18–30
• Based in an urban area
• Open to applicants worldwide
• Passionate about sustainable urban development and local SDG action
• Able to commit to a year-long, primarily virtual programme
Description
Fellows join an international cohort and work on a self-led project addressing urban challenges linked to the SDGs. The programme includes online training, peer learning, expert webinars, and project mentorship. It’s designed to support young leaders in shaping more inclusive, resilient, and sustainable cities. All activities are virtual, so you can take part from anywhere.
