The Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholarships (QECS) offer a rare chance to pursue a two-year Master’s degree in another Commonwealth country. It’s designed for those who want to drive positive change at home and abroad, while gaining international experience and networks.

Eligibility:
Open to citizens or those with refugee status in a Commonwealth country (including Brunei).
Must apply to study in a country other than your own.
No age limit.
Must have at least a 2:1 undergraduate degree (or equivalent).
Open to full-time Master’s programmes only.

Description:
QECS supports postgraduate study in low- or middle-income Commonwealth countries. Scholars will engage in cross-cultural learning while contributing to development goals in their host communities. You’ll become part of a growing global network of young leaders committed to creating impact.

  2. Visit your chosen university’s website to learn more about the course.

  3. Create a myACU account and submit your QECS application.

  4. Apply directly to your chosen university for admission as well.

  5. Prepare documents: passport/ID, academic transcripts, two references, and proof of English if required.
