The Community Engagement Exchange (CEE) Program is a dynamic, fully funded opportunity for emerging changemakers working on community projects. Open to young leaders from around the world—including Brunei—this programme empowers you with leadership development, professional fellowships in the U.S., and a global network to drive your mission forward.

Eligibility: • Aged 21–27 at the time of application.
• Citizens of eligible countries (Brunei included) and residing in their home country.
• At least two years of professional or volunteer experience in community engagement.
• Able to begin the program in the United States in January 2026 and commit to the full length of the program.

Description: The CEE Program is a year-long leadership development experience, combining a 3-month U.S. practicum placement, an in-depth leadership and civic engagement curriculum, and a community project to be implemented upon return home. Fellows collaborate with U.S. host organizations to gain practical skills, leadership insight, and build global connections. The program focuses on key themes like civic dialogue, open and participatory government, sustainable development, and youth engagement.
