his 4-day virtual leadership and hands-on intensive training will be conducted on 4 weekends of September, aiming for ages 18-24 female university students across Southeast Asia countries including Timor-Leste. The main purpose of the training is to enable the youths to be well prepared with the leadership concept and abilities to apply in their upcoming workplace and live a meaningful career life. Training will be strengthened by a virtual competition via a presentation style where winners will be provided with Youth Award as well as an opportunity to be publicized on the YSEALI Women social media and WLA website.”
1. Currently enrolled as an undergraduate students in a public /private university in any of the ASEAN countries including Timor Leste
2. Female, Age 18-24 years old
3. Good command of the English language (verbal and speaking) since the entire program will be conducted in English
4. Committed and available for the entire duration of the program (Weekends in September 2022)
5. Has stable internet connection
