Overview
The Halcyon EquityTech Fellowship 2026 supports global founders using tech to advance equity in education and the workforce. It’s designed for early-stage entrepreneurs with traction who are ready to scale impact and join a powerful network.
Eligibility:
• For-profit startups in EdTech or Future of Work sectors
• Must have a minimum viable product (MVP) and early validation (e.g. pilot, users, or revenue)
• Founders must be 21+ and in a decision-making role (e.g. CEO)
• Fluent in English and able to commit fully to the hybrid programme, including travel to the US
Description:
The fellowship includes a hybrid structure: a one-week residency in Washington, DC, a virtual programme, and a final one-week residency in Pittsburgh, PA. Fellows receive hands-on support to refine their business model, sharpen their leadership, and grow their reach in the EquityTech space.
