Overview:
The Gratitude Network Fellowship supports high-impact nonprofit leaders with coaching, strategic learning, and peer support to help them scale their organisation’s reach and effectiveness. It’s a year-long journey designed to strengthen leadership and deepen impact across the education, health, and rights sectors.
Eligibility:
• Open to nonprofit/NGO leaders with strategic decision-making power
• Must be working full-time in the organisation
• Organisation must focus on children and youth in education, health and well-being, or children’s rights
• Organisation must have:
– At least 2 full-time staff
– Operating budget between USD 50,000 and 3 million
• Advanced or fluent English proficiency required
• Open to leaders globally, including Southeast Asia
Description:
This 13-month fellowship includes 1-on-1 executive coaching, strategy workshops, and team sessions. Fellows gain access to practical frameworks, global peer circles, and targeted leadership development. The programme is delivered virtually, with opportunities to engage in person through Gratitude Network events.
