The IPI Local News Accelerator is a three-month programme that will help you and your media team develop the skills and strategies to serve your local community with high quality independent news. You will receive training, coaching, and support on topics such as business models, audience engagement, editorial innovation, and more. You will also work on a specific project that will help you achieve your goals and improve your performance.
The programme is open to both established and new media outlets from around the world, as long as you produce original content in the public interest and represent the interests of your target audience. You will need to have a team of at least two people who can commit to the accelerator activities for about eight hours per week.
