The Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholarships (QECS) are fully funded awards for students from Commonwealth countries to pursue two-year master’s degree programmes in universities across low and middle-income Commonwealth nations. The scholarships emphasise cultural exchange, academic collaboration, and developing skills for positive community impact and leadership.

Description
Applicants choose from a list of participating universities and eligible master’s programmes. Applications are submitted through a central QECS portal and include a study proposal, personal information, academic history, and references.
