Overview
The NGO Whisperer Global Fellowship Programme 2026 is a fully virtual, accredited seven-month leadership and capacity-building initiative for leaders and founders of non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and social enterprises around the world. The programme particularly supports those working in low- and middle-income countries.

Eligibility

  • Open to exceptional leaders, founders, or senior decision-makers within NGOs and social enterprises

  • Must have a strong track record of social impact and organisational leadership

  • Prior experience leading or playing a significant role in an NGO or social enterprise

  • Preference often given to applicants from low- and middle-income countries

Description
Running from March to September 2026, the fully virtual programme includes tailored one-on-one mentorship, thematic masterclasses, leadership coaching, and a strong peer learning component. Fellows also gain access to a global network of social impact leaders and are invited to take part in the annual NGO Whisperer Global Summit.
