Deadline: 14th December 2025 | Launch your social enterprise and get seed funding of up to $20K with the D‑Prize Global Competition.

Overview
The D‑Prize Global Competition supports early‑stage changemakers from low‑ and middle‑income countries who want to launch social ventures that deliver proven poverty‑relief products or services at scale. You apply by selecting one of their “Challenges” and pitching a concept for how you’ll distribute a high‑impact intervention.

Eligibility

  • New organisations or first‑time entrepreneurs

  • Organisations operating for less than ~18 months and with under USD 30,000 in outside funding

  • Open to applicants globally, including Asia and Brunei

  • Must propose to distribute a proven, effective intervention — not create a new product

Description
Select one of D‑Prize’s Challenge categories (Health, Water, Agriculture, Livelihoods, Energy, Public Services, Education, or a Custom idea) and submit a two‑page concept note along with your résumé. If shortlisted, you’ll be invited to submit more detailed plans and go through interviews. Finalists can receive seed funding of up to USD 20,000 to test their idea in a pilot phase.

Benefits

  • Up to USD 20,000 in seed funding to launch your idea

  • Opportunity to scale your venture and reach underserved communities

  • Access to a global network of social impact entrepreneurs
