Overview
The Leaders Asia‑Pacific programme is a six‑month, hybrid leadership development initiative designed for emerging changemakers in the Asia‑Pacific region. It supports individuals committed to values‑based leadership and lasting community impact.
Eligibility:

Residents of Asia‑Pacific countries/territories

Aged 24–45 as of 1 September 2026

Minimum of 3 years of relevant leadership experience

Professionally proficient in English

Must not be a candidate in an electoral campaign during the programme

No legal or regulatory restrictions that would prevent participation, including U.S. travel if required
Description:
Over six months (September 2026 to May 2027), participants engage in weekly virtual sessions (2–3 hours on Saturdays, Singapore time), monthly peer‑learning groups, and one‑on‑one leadership coaching. The programme brings together around 35 emerging leaders from across sectors and countries in the Asia‑Pacific region.
