The Non-Trivial Fellowship is an online program for ages 14-20 to start doing impactful research, policy or entrepreneurial projects.

You’ll get access to:
• Up to $15,000 in funding
• A $500 scholarship for all accepted applicants
• Guidance from facilitators at top universities like Oxford, Cambridge, and Stanford
• Exclusive sessions with speakers having a global impact, like philosopher Peter Singer and AI pioneer Yoshua Bengio
• A world-class community of likeminded people who deeply care about the world

With flexible participation options, the Fellowship can be completed part-time alongside other programs and schoolwork.

Tell us about yourself, and test yourself with our problem-solving quiz. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, so the earlier you apply the earlier you find out if you’re accepted to the next stage.

Finalist selection

Over two weeks, Finalists will meet like-minded people from around the world in the Non-Trivial Discord, choose a problem where they could make a big difference, and research impactful project ideas. All Finalists receive a free book as well as a certificate of completion.

Video interview

We’ll get to know you better by discussing your thoughts on the world’s most pressing problems and your project ideas from the finalist stage. We’ll also answer any questions you have.
