Overview
The MCW Global Young Leaders Fellowship 2026 is a year-long programme for young changemakers tackling challenges in education, health, or economic security. It blends in-person training in the US, virtual learning, and ongoing mentorship to help you design and implement a community-driven project.
Eligibility:
• Aged 18–26 (as of 1st June 2026)
• Fluent in English
• Committed to the full programme (virtual + in-person + follow-up)
• Must have a clear issue to address in your community
• Open to global applicants
Description:
The fellowship unfolds over three phases:

Virtual learning (June 2026): Fellows assess community needs and refine project ideas.

In-person training (21st–30th July 2026): A 10-day leadership development programme in New York and Vermont, USA.

Project implementation (August 2026–July 2027): Fellows return home to execute their project with guidance from mentors.
