Overview
The Maurice R. Greenberg World Fellows Program at Yale University is a prestigious four-month, full-time residential programme for mid-career professionals from around the globe. It’s designed to expand your leadership capacity, deepen your impact, and connect you with a powerful global network.

Eligibility:
• Non-U.S. citizens (dual U.S. citizens may apply, but preference is given to those working outside the U.S.)
• Typically 5–25 years into a professional career
• Strong track record of impact and leadership
• Fluent in English
• Committed to full-time residency in New Haven, Connecticut from mid-August to mid-December 2026

Description:
World Fellows take part in weekly seminars, leadership training, and interdisciplinary learning across Yale’s campus. They audit courses, mentor students, lead discussions, and collaborate with a dynamic international cohort. The programme is based at Yale’s Jackson School of Global Affairs and fosters deep reflection, cross-sector collaboration, and global engagement.
