The Kindness & Leadership: 50 Leading Lights Asia Pacific campaign honours outstanding individuals who lead with empathy and compassion. Open to nominations from across the region—including Brunei—this is a chance to shine a light on those creating real impact through kindness.
Eligibility:
Open to all genders and ages. Nominee must be based and working in the Asia Pacific region for at least 2 years. Must hold a leadership role with influence over team, organisational, or industry culture. Self-nominations are not allowed. Each nomination must include a citation and two testimonials from those impacted by the nominee.
Description:
This initiative, supported by Saïd Business School (University of Oxford), redefines strong leadership by highlighting individuals who drive change through kindness. The final list will be revealed on World Kindness Day, 13th November, with selected leaders invited to a special event in Singapore.
