The ASEAN‑China Young Leaders Scholarship (ACYLS) is a fully funded programme supporting ASEAN citizens—especially young professionals and emerging leaders—to pursue postgraduate degrees, short research, or training opportunities at Chinese universities. It aims to strengthen educational ties and deepen people‑to‑people cooperation between ASEAN and China.
Eligibility:
• Citizen of an ASEAN Member State (e.g., Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, etc.)
• Proficient in English and in sound physical and mental health
• Holder of at least an undergraduate degree
• At least one year of work experience in government, private sector, academia, or related fields
• Must meet admission requirements of Chinese host universities
